Crepes with Berries and Vanilla Cream + Sesame Chicken Strips + Sweet Potato Mash + Butter Biscuits
The session runs as follows:
Children are dropped off by 8:45am to allow them to get ready for the morning session that starts at 9:00am sharp.
We have morning tea at 10:30 for 20 mins, where we provide water a fruit platter and a ham & cheese mini croissant or similar for each student. Whilst we have morning tea we discuss the next stage of the cooking session.
We break for lunch at 1:00 for 30 mins, where we supply water, fruit, yoghurt cups, asst finger sandwiches and a piece of homemade slice.
We then proceed to finish off our cooking and pack up. During the daily session we are constantly learning about healthy food options, hygiene and safe food practices.
Your child gets to bring home their creations, keep their Chefs Hat and Apron and get to take home recipe cards of what we made in that session.
Please ask your children to bring a drink bottle so that they can refill it as much as they need during the session, sometimes the kitchen can get hot!
