2. DELIVERY FEE - IF WE ARE DELIVERING TO A BAYSIDE SUBURB, SELECT THE PICK UP OPTION WHICH IS FREE (YOUR ORDER WILL STILL GET DELIVERED). ALL OTHER SUBURBS PLEASE SELECT THE $15.00 OPTION.
